Mr. Zaharoni, co-founder of Symmetry Electronics, built the company into one of the industry's fastest-growing franchised distributors. Mr. Zaharoni now provides visionary strategic guidance for Symmetry Electronics as well as managing and overseeing a number of other companies within Zaharoni Industries, many of which he helped establish and build from the ground up.

Joe Caravana

Mr. Caravana, co-founder of Symmetry Electronics, contributes leadership and more than 30 years experience in the electronics industry to creating the structure and direction of the company. Mr. Caravana’s current focus at Symmetry is establishing core business partnerships and leading business development plans for entry into new global markets.

Priscilla McConnell

Ms. McConnell has been involved in electronics since 1971. Her OEM background includes working for Intersil Systems, John Fluke and National Semiconductor. Ms. McConnell began her career in electronic component distribution at Wyle Electronics in 1987. She joined the Memec Group in 1997 and worked most recently at All American. Ms. McConnell’s experience encompasses Manufacturing, Operations, Asset Management and Marketing

Ms. Steiman brings years of expertise in operational proficiency to her role as VP of Operations at Symmetry Electronics. Ms. Steiman oversees all facets of operations, including sales operations, human resources, warehouse, and credit. Ms. Steiman's background of successfully growing her own electronics distribution company and her distinction of being an early participant in ISO9002 certification, allows her to skillfully handle many aspects of the business including ISO9001 certification, e-commerce, and web marketing. She stays at the forefront of the industry by being an active member of many industry groups.
